What information do I need to have to properly schedule work?

For cargo being imported, you will simply need a loading order number. This is a 6 character indicator (5 digits with 1 letter) that is generated by ORION to broker or importer. The loading order number should be supplied by the broker or importer.

Export cargo will require the vessel name, steamship line name, booking number, number of pieces, weight, description, and name of shipper and freight forwarder. The trucker is required to have a copy of the dock receipt in order to deliver cargo to the terminal.

Hazardous material shipments require MSDS sheet approval prior to delivery.
