Closing dates, commissions, and billing

Reservations are due in writing on the 5th of the preceding month. Art is due on the 10th of the preceding month.

Cancellations may be made in writing on or before the 5th day of the preceding month. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to the editor's decision depending on the stage of the production cycle. If the cancellation is received after the magazine has gone to pre-press, full payment will be due as the ad will run. If the ad can be cancelled, a kill fee of 30% of the ad rate will be due.

An ad agency discount of 15% is available strictly and exclusively to accredited advertising agencies.

All advertisers will be billed immediately after each ad has run and a tearsheet will be sent with the invoice.

All bills are due 30 days from the date of billing.
